Governor Laura Kelly proclaims August “Breastfeeding Awareness Month” in Kansas in 2019!  On August 2, the Governor signed a proclamation for “Breastfeeding Awareness Month”.  The KBC and KDHE held a joint press conference in the State Capitol immediately following the official signing by the governor. Kansas Public Radio covered the ceremonies.
