Kristen has an extensive background in program and project development and management. As program manager at International Rescue Committee, she was instrumental in developing case management and employment services for refugees and asylees. She spearheaded partnership development, especially with a focus on community health and access. She led the project of connecting families to federally qualified health centers to ensure a continuity of care. She also has academic and professional experience in identifying and researching diverse communities and needs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
