The KBC, in partnership with the Community Engagement Institute at Wichita State University, published the results of the “Local Breastfeeding Coalitions Needs Assessment Survey”. Over 70 individuals responded to an online survey to share information about their local breastfeeding coalition. Key finds and recommendations are included in the report, along with interviews with leaders from communities who have achieved the Community Supporting Breastfeeding designation. Th finding from this survey will guide the work of the KBC with local breastfeeding coalitions.
