Micah Fort is the Operations Coordinator for KBC, a proud mom of three children, and a military wife. She brings to the team her strengths as an active board member of the Kansas Birth Justice Society/Action. Micah found her passion for this work through her personal journey as a mother. Having the opportunity to give birth on her terms with her last child opened her eyes to how often women are short-changed in their birth experience, especially women of color. She is committed to helping make changes in our community to improve birth equity, breastfeeding education, and post-natal care for all women and families.
