Becoming a Peer Support Provider
- Training: 20-90 hours
- Personal breastfeeding experience is usually required.
- Examples: La Leche League, Breastfeeding USA, B.L.A.C.K. Peer Counselor, ROSE Community Transformer, Chocolate Milk Café Facilitator, WIC, etc.
The Becoming program supports aspiring Peer Support Providers through annual scholarships. Scholarship applications will open in the summer of 2026.
