Basic Model
  • Clean space shielded from view and free from intrusion through signage that is not a restroom.
  • Electrical outlet (standard 110V)
  • Comfortable chair
  • A small table or flat surface to hold the breast pump
  • Room located near a sink with hot running water
  • Employee provides her breast pump
  • Employee stores breast milk in personal cooler or communal employee refrigerator
  • Wastebasket
Even Better Model

In addition to the Basic Model:

  • Disinfecting wipes
  • Clean room that locks from the inside
  • Bulletin board for educational materials or communications
