The CDC recently released breastfeeding data from the National Immunization Survey (NIS) for babies born in 2015. 

Rates increased in ALL measures for breastfeeding in Kansas!!

Call to Action –We must build on the momentum we’ve created to build communities supportive of breastfeeding by strengthening collaborations and engage new partners. Work must continue to improve hospital, worksite and child care provider support while increasing education for health care professionals. Families must be supported to breastfeed where they birth, work, play and pray.
