Dr. Sarah Jolley has been with the Community Engagement Institute since 2002. She has extensive experience in program evaluation, organizational capacity building, leadership development, and grant writing and initiative development as well as experience with various research and evaluation methods, including surveys, needs assessments, interviews, and focus groups.

She received a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Sterling College and earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Community Psychology from Wichita State University. As a native Kansan, Sarah looks forward to continuing to live, work, and play in Kansas with her husband and two children. Sarah has been a long-time supporter and active member of the Kansas Breastfeeding Coalition and the Wichita Area Breastfeeding Coalition.
